OUR PROCESS BEGINS WITH UNDERSTANDING

Initial Consultation

Meet with the client to discuss their needs, preferences, budget, and timeline. Understand the scope and vision for the project.

Design

Planning

Create detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, and material selections. Finalize the design and get the client's approval.

Implementation

Oversee the execution of the design, including construction, installation, and decorating. Coordinate with contractors and tradespeople.

Concept

Developement

Develop design concepts, including mood boards, color schemes, and initial layouts. Present these ideas to the client for feedback and approval.

Sourcing & Procurement

Select and order furniture, fixtures, materials, and accessories. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Final Review & Handover

Conduct a final walkthrough with the client, address any issues or adjustments, and ensure everything meets the client's expectations. Complete the project and hand over the space.

After numerous discussions and comparisons with several “interier designer” firms, all I can say is my wife and I are truly glad that we chose Moodframe Design for our recent home renovation.
Our ID (Jun Hong) is definitely one of the FEW (YES SUPER FEW!) IDs who is extremely responsive, proactive and client oriented. He did everything that was one-step ahead of the plan so we didn’t have to remind or check-in with him on anything at all. He regularly kept us updated (almost daily) on the progress and preempted us if there was going to be any potential delays.
Times where he needed our decisions (e.g. design, selection, placement, materials etc.), he would come in with his professional opinions that are always very well-thought in terms of home experience and still remain aligned to our overall design concept.
After witnessing most if not all “IDs” at all those tile shops wandering around entertaining their clients (“yah this one nice, this also nice”), we felt really appreciative of Jun Hong as he was truly present during tile and laminate selection with his design expertise and technical knowledge (which tiles are good for what purpose).
All in all, we are glad we chose and engaged with Jun Hong. If I have to limit to two words, ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!
